Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage head, shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. coarse salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard or celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, carrot, sweet pepper and salt.
    Let stand 1 hour and then drain.
    Boil sugar, vinegar, water and mustard or celery seed.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Let cool and pour over chopped vegetables.
    Mix and pour into containers and put in freezer.
    Take out of freezer and thaw to eat.
