Whacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. cocoa
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. cool water

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Add oil, vinegar and water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
