Cubed Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. cubed steak
    5 potatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    flour
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the steak.
    Roll in flour and brown in hot skillet.
    In a buttered baking pan, layer steak, onion and potatoes.
    Mix soup with water and milk.
    Pour over layered ingredients.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil, then bake another 15 minutes.
