Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    2 cakes yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine shortening and scalded milk.
    Combine eggs, sugar and salt; beat in cold water.
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
    Mix all together and add flour.
    Mix well and cover; leave in refrigerator until needed.
    When ready to use, roll out dough and cut into rolls.
    Let rise at least one hour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
