Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon (optional, adds different flavor)
    1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil (can be done in microwave).
    Add sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well by hand.
    Add eggs and sour cream or buttermilk.
    Very lightly greased a 10 x 15-inch pan. Pour in mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Careful not to overbake.
