Pistachio Heart Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. cornstarch
    9 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/3 c. pistachios, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light.
    Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir together flour and cornstarch; gradually add to creamed mixture.
    Wrap dough and chill at least 1 hour.
