Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 c. shredded zucchini
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
    Set aside.
    In another large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar, then oil, mixing well after each addition.
    Beat in vanilla.
