White Pizza Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton savory herb and garlic soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped pepperoni
    1 loaf Italian bread, sliced and toasted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In shallow 1-quart casserole, combine savory herb with garlic soup mix, sour cream, Ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella, mushrooms and pepperoni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with bread.
