One Dish Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's 98% fat-free mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked regular white rice
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. mixed vegetables (frozen stir-fry vegetables)
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation
    In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Mix in vegetables. Cut up chicken breast in mix or leave whole on top. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
