Hot Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
1 can kidney beans and juice, mashed
Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
green olives, sliced
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add onions, catsup and beans. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until thick.
Put in glass baking dish.
Top with cheese and olives.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Serve hot with corn chips.
