Chicken Corn Saute(Low Fat, Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chili powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 medium green bell peppers, cut in strips
hot pepper sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
1 c. onion, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper
10 oz. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Combine chili powder and salt in a shallow dish.
Add chicken and turn to coat.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
Add chicken, cook until no longer pink in center.
Remove to serving dish.
Heat remaining oil in skillet.
Add onion.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until tender.
Add bell peppers, cook and stir 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add corn, heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Return chicken to skillet to reheat.
