Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 c. Macadamia nuts, pecans or walnuts
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until foamy; stir in nuts, coating well.
    Combine sugar and remaining ingredients; sprinkle over nuts and stir until evenly coated.
    Spread the nuts in a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Cool and store in airtight container.
