Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. new potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine soup, milk, salt, pepper, onion and pimento.
    Add
    potatoes;
    mix
    well.
    Pour
    into
    a
    well greased 2
    1/2
    quart
    casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 370\u00b0 for 1 or 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
