Special K Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. Special K cereal
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    3 pkg. G. Washington seasoning
    1/2 c. butter, melted (oleo)
    6 eggs or substitute, beaten
    1/2 c. ground nuts
    1 Tbsp. quick tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in the order given.
    Let stand about 15 minutes before baking to be sure the cereal absorbs all the moisture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes to an hour or until nice and brown.
    Can be done the day before, and only bake about 30 minutes, so won't dry out or get too brown.
    May cover with foil at the end of baking.
