Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 deboned chicken breasts, in strips
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs, crushed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (more if desired)
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) sour cream (Light 'n Lively)
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Melt margarine.
Roll chicken in margarine, then roll in cracker mixture.
Place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
