Fresh Veggie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, separated
    sliced red onion
    cauliflower florets
    1 can black olives
    sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts
    celery, chopped in 1/2-inch slices
Preparation
    Mix in small bottle of low-fat Italian dressing. Marinate overnight. Next day, stir again and drain.
