No Cholesterol Cocoa Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick oleo
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. egg substitute, thawed or 2 egg whites
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease and flour 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jellyroll pan.
In a large saucepan, combine water, cocoa and oleo.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat; stir in flour and sugar.
Add egg substitute, yogurt, baking soda and salt; mix thoroughly with spoon.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
Cut into squares.
Makes 32 servings.
