Sandy'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded zucchini
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts or raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix zucchini, eggs, oil and water; blend in dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pans and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 3 loaves or 1 large 9 x 13-inch pan. Glaze to your liking and cool well before slicing.
Freeze zucchini in 2-cup servings and make bread all year long.
