Quick Potato Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    4 large potatoes, cooked in skins
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. savory
    salt and pepper
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion. Cover; cook for 4 minutes.
    Peel potatoes; cut in slices 1/2-inch thick.
    Add to pan with butter and savory; season well.
    Cook potatoes for 15 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring as needed. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
