Hash Brown Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium Irish potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 medium squash, sliced thin
    1/3 small cabbage, cut up
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in large frypan.
    Brown potatoes; add onions, then squash, cabbage, salt and pepper.
    Cook until tender.
