Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Work sugar, salt and shortening into potatoes.
    Work in 2 1/2 cups of flour.
    Reserve 1/2 cup flour to pat out biscuits.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
