Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Sift flour and cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in water and combine with milk.
    Add yeast mixture to dry ingredients and stir well.
    Knead; add flour if needed.
    Roll out on floured board 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
    You can pinch off and bake in muffin tins.
