Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1 (5 or 6 lb.) hen, cook until tender and cube
    1/2 lb. butter or oleo
    1 c. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 lb. cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2 c. water
    crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook hen until tender and cube.
    Cook butter, flour and milk to\tsoft sauce, stirring constantly.
    Cube cheese, add to undiluted soup;
    simmer
    until
    cheese
    melts.
    Bring
    to boil diced celery,
    diced
    onion
    and
    water; cook until tender and then drain.
    Mix all ingredients together in a large pan.
    Add spaghetti and
    mix\twell.
    Grease
    a
    roaster
    with butter and sprinkle with
    crumbled crackers.
    Pour in well mixed ingredients and sprinkle
    top
    with
    more cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    If desired, let stand in refrigerator overnight before baking.
