Florida Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. Florida Key lime juice (use either Joe and Nellie's or Miss Biddie's)
    4 egg whites
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Separate eggs carefully.
    Blend egg whites with milk.
    Slowly add juice.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Top with whipped cream or meringue.
    If use meringue, brown slightly in oven.
    Serve chilled.
