Pasta With Broccoli And Pepperoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices, cut in half
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    additional Parmesan
    2 c. broccoli florets, steamed
    16 oz. pasta (shells, spirals, etc.)
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in big frying pan at medium heat.
    Add cut up pepperoni and steamed broccoli.
    Stir until heated through.
    Pour over hot, cooked pasta.
    Sprinkle 1 cup Parmesan on and toss thoroughly.
    Mix in vinegar and garlic salt. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve hot.
    Pass additional Parmesan.
