Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    25 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain and add butter and cheese. Mix until cheese and butter melt.
    Put in casserole.
    Spread crackers on top.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
