Korean Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 jar dried chives
    10 oz. bottle soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    3 c. water
    2 lb. sirloin steak
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients.
    Pour over steak that has been cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain.
    Cook by stir-frying.
    Do not overcook.
