Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
3/4 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated American cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix squash and all other ingredients together.
Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
