Rutabagas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rutabagas
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash, pare and dice rutabagas in tiny squares.
    Add salt, pepper, onion and enough water to cover.
    Boil 25 to 30 minutes. Drain water.
    Sprinkle with sugar and paprika.
    Add butter and parsley.
    Steam 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
