White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Add flour; blend.
Add milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick and smooth.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes.
Makes 1 cup sauce.
