Fiesta Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil (for frying)
    chili powder to taste
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onions in oil in a large skillet.
    Stir in chili powder, salt and pepper and corn.
    Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add bouillon; bring to boil.
    Simmer to reduce to your taste.
    Serve over rice.
