Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Crisco
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add eggs and mix well. Add milk and flour alternately.
    Add salt and flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Bake in greased and floured baking pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes or until done.
