Pumpkin Cake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin (solid pack)
    8 eggs, beaten
    4 c. Bisquick
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. margarine, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in a large mixing bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute.
    Stir in Bisquick, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan (or 2 jelly roll pans).
    Bake until wooden pick comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost.
