Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut in bite size pieces
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms (canned may be used)
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo, plus 3 Tbsp. oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can clear chicken broth
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, mixed with 1/2 c.
    Parmesan cheese
    oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In frypan with butter or oleo, saute mushrooms.
    Remove with slotted spoon and put in bottom of casserole.
    Saute chicken and garlic until chicken turns white.
