Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breast
4 Tbsp. diet butter or margarine
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
sprinkle of Equal (sugar)
Preparation

Spray large skillet with Pam.
Melt four tablespoons of butter in skillet.
Saute pepper and onions with a sprinkle of Equal (sugar) until about half transparent.
Add chicken breast on one side of skillet. Brown both sides.
Stir pepper and onions around on top and add chunked pineapple.
Simmer for about 30 minutes on low.
