Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bar (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour, sifted before measuring
pecan halves
Preparation

Soften butter or margarine in mixing bowl.
Add cheese, salt and cayenne and mix until well blended.
Add flour and mix well. Shape dough into rolls, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight in refrigerator.
