Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    6 to 7 crackers (white)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (1 lb.) box jumbo shells (for stuffing)
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Cook jumbo shells first; rinse with cool water and drain well. Set to dry.
    Mix all ingredients together (except spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese).
    Stuff shells with mixture.
    Put in large cake pan (9 x 13-inch), then cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Spread with Mozzarella cheese.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
