Dieters' Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 bags barbecue pork skins, crushed
Preparation

Roll cut up chicken into milk and egg mix.
Roll into pork skin crumbs.
Spray baking dish with Pam no stick.
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven.
