Party Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. spareribs, cut into serving pieces
salt
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Place spareribs, meat side up, in shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Top with lemon slices.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients.
Brush ribs with mixture.
Turn and continue baking 1 hour longer, basting frequently.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
