Halibut Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1-1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 lrg. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. water
    3 TBSP. butter
    3 TBSP. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Halibut
Preparation
    In a large kettle combine potatoes, vegetables, onion, celery and water.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover.
    Let simmer for 20 minutes.
    In a saucepan;
    melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Gradually add milk.
    Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
    Add to vegetable mixture. Stir in cooked halibut.
