Glazed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peeled and cubed turnips
    1 c. peeled and cubed rutabagas
    1 c. peeled and cubed sweet potatoes
    1 c. peeled and cubed squash
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in a large pot about 20 minutes; drain well. Place in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
