Sour-Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Ready Made deep dish pie crust
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, sour cream, flour and butter.
    Add lemon extract and stir.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; turn oven off and leave pie in oven for 15 minutes more.
