Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers, finely rolled (about 5 c.)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
12 oz. mixed fruit
1 c. dates, snipped
1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1 jar cherries
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.
Add next 4 ingredients, blending well.
Stir together orange juice and corn syrup; add to crumb mixture.
Blend until moistened.
Press firmly into an 8 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pan, lined with aluminum foil; cover tightly.
Store at least 2 days in refrigerator before serving.
Makes one 8-inch loaf.
Cake will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
