Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and onions.
    Layer in a casserole dish.
    In a pan, melt butter and add flour and mayonnaise.
    Salt and pepper. Add broth and cook until fairly thick.
    Pour over potatoes and onion.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
