Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    2 scant c. sugar
    1 c. dates, cut in pieces
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and sugar like meringue.
    Add dates.
    Mix flour, baking powder and pinch of salt to egg white mixture.
    Pour into cake pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
