Hot Mocha Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened cocoa (1/2 c. Hershey and 1/2 c. Girardhelli)
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 c. dry coffee creamer
    1/2 c. instant coffee
    6 tsp. powdered vanilla
Preparation
    Sift all together until well mixed.
    Store in airtight container.
    Use 3 tablespoons for 6 ounce cup of hot water. Yields 6 1/2 cups.
