Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk (I use half and half cream)
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkle of nutmeg (desired amount)
Preparation
    Slowly add milk to eggs
    which
    have
    been beaten well. Stir in other ingredients and
    pour into a buttered casserole. Set casserole in shallow pan of
    water
    and
    bake
    at 325\u00b0 for about an hour.
