Party Potato Wedgies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    garlic salt or seasoned salt
Preparation
    Scrub baking potatoes.
    Cut in quarters lengthwise.
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt or seasoned salt.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until done.
    Slit each wedge halfway through and stuff with grated cheese or crumbled bacon, etc.
    Put wedges back in oven until cheese melts.
    Serve warm with sour cream or sour cream and chives.
