Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 c. diced zucchini
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. diced onions
1 stick oleo
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. salad dressing
Preparation

Cook diced zucchini in water 15 minutes or until tender.
Put carrots and onions with zucchini in colander to drain.
Melt oleo and add 1/2 packet spices out of stove top stuffing to the dressing.
