Lemon Lush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 regular size instant lemon pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix oleo and flour.
    Press on bottom of 7 x 11-inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    In small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
    Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust to edge.
    Prepare pudding with milk.
    Let stand 5 minutes and spread over cheese mixture.
    Spread lemon layer with thin layer of Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Can be frozen.
    Defrost 2 hours.
    Also, can be made with graham cracker crust.
